Fees and Insurance

My current fee is $125 for a 50-minute session. You may pay for your session(s) each week, or if you prefer, at the end of the month. I am licensed to accept insurance and am a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise policies. I am out of network for other insurance carriers. For these other carriers, I provide a monthly statement with the necessary diagnostic and procedural codes for you to submit for insurance reimbursement. I recommend that you check with your provider beforehand, so that you are fully informed of your available benefits.
